Each capsule contains: one billion live cells of L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, and B. longum and 155mg of a food enzyme complex (protease, lipase, and amylase) in a vegetable starch complex at time of shipment.

Contains no preservatives, sugar, sodium, milk derivatives, yeast, gluten, artificial colors or flavors.

Suggested Use: Adults-take 1 capsule with a meal twice daily. Children under 12-take 1/2 capsule with a meal twice daily. Suitable for all ages. Refrigeration not required.
