Three capsules contain:

- CitriMax (garcinia cambogia hydroxycitrate) Extract 500 mg

As a dietary supplement, take three capsules before breakfast or morning workout. Also, take three capsules before afternoon and evening meals. Do not exceed nine capsules daily.
