Shipping Information
Preset shipping/handling charges are provided below for domestic USA orders. These shipping charges for domestic orders will be automatically computed for you when you place your online order and select "Domestic (USA)" as your method of shipment. Domestic shipments are sent via US Mail (Priority Mail or First Class Mail).
International shipments will be sent via US Postal Express, US Global Priority, US First Class Mail, or US Postal Air Parcel. International customers (or domestic customers placing orders for delivery outside the US) will receive a second email confirmation when the order is shipped. This second email confirmation will specify the actual shipping charges and total for the order.This email confirmation will be in addition to the one received upon initial placement of the online order. Please note that international customers are responsible for their own country's applicable customs/duty fees, broker fees, and/or local taxes. International customers are also responsible for the shipping fees charged if their order is unable to be delivered or is returned to us from their country.
No C.O.D. orders accepted.

Shipping may be delayed for products shipped with ice, in order to avoid excessive warehousing by shipment carriers while orders are in transit.
Please note that for product items in powdered or liquid form, bulk items, and exceptionally heavy items, higher shipping fees may be applied. In such cases, you will be notified by email of the increased shipping charges.
