Suggested Use: Unless your health care professional recommends otherwise, dosage suggestion is 6 capsules daily. It is considered best to take the capsules before meals, but timing is not critical to benefits. Capsules can be taken by two's, three's or all at one time, however convenient. As expected, a fish smell is evident upon opening a bottle. Exposing the dosage to the air for a few moments dissipates odor."
