Suggested Use: Take 1 packet with each meal. Drink at least 2 quarts of water containing a lemon slice each day. Avoid drinking with meals--take pills with food and a sip of water. Avoid red meat. Eat raw and Chinese cooked (crunchy) vegetables (provides fiber), fish, fowl (limited), sprouts and fruits (between meals).

Note: Be sure to get proper relaxation and maintain a good exercise program. If constipated, if your energy wanes, or if other side effects become intolerable, contact your health care professional. If nauseousness or other problems occur, cut dosage to 2 packets daily.
