Ingredients: Dong Quai Root Extract (4:1), Partridge Berry Aerial Parts, Cramp Bark Extract (4:1), Chaste Tree Berry Extract (10:1), Poria Sclerotium Extract (4:1), Cyperus Rhizome Extract (4:1), and Ginger Root Extract (4:1).

Also contains: dibasic calcium phosphate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and colloidal silicon dioxide.

Suggested Use: 2 tablets three times daily between meals. Take 2 to 3 days before menstruation, then stop taking during menstruation.

Warning: Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
