Calcium (3:1:1 citrate-malate: Krebs cycle intermediates [fumarate, citrate, succinate, malate]: carbonate) 1000 mg
Magnesium (2:2:1 aspartate: oxide: malate) 500 mg
Ipriflavone 600 mg
Trace Mineral Complex (from desallted seawater) 250 mg
Silicon (from horsetail herb standardized to 7% silicon) 4 mg
Boron (1:1 glycinate: citrate) 2 mg

Also contains: cellulose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.

This 100% vegetarian product contains no gluten, wheat, yeast, corn, eggs or dairy, no preservatives, colors or flavors, and no toxic levels of aluminum, lead or other heavy metals. May contain traces of soy.

Suggested Use: Take 5 tablets daily, (1 to 2 tablets with each meal).
