"Using the two-stage approach outlined in ‘The Third Pillar of Pharmax Nutritional Policy’, it is quite simple to design a foundation antioxidant program that is suitable for all adults. All specific therapeutic and preventative use of antioxidant therapy is then built on this basic supplementation platform.
Note: Please remember that all Pharmax protocols assume that the Pharmax Multivitamin and Mineral program is being adhered to. This is very important both to provide the best supplementation regime and also to avoid unnecessary duplication and possible toxicity. For instance, in the Pharmax Multivitamin and Mineral product, selenium is supplied at 200mcg per day. This is sufficient for all but very specific therapy. In addition, selenium levels above 600mcg per day can have adverse effects in some individuals.
