Vanadyl Sulfate is said to mimic the effects of insulin on glucose and lipids. Bodybuilders, powerlifters and all those who perform any kind of resistance training suggest that it contributes to the anabolic effects like those of insulin. Vanadyl Plus has added chromium picolinate for its effect on carbohydrate and fat metabolism and niacin to aid in assimilation.
