Each capsule contains: 400 mg Golden Seal herb (stem, leaf, flowers)

Suggested Use: Take one capsule three times daily at mealtimes or prepared as a tea, or as directed by a health care professional. For intensive use, take 2 capsules four times daily with food for a period not to exceed seven days.

Warning: Golden Seal causes uterine contractions. Therefore, it should not be used during pregnancy or by lactating women. Do not use with hypoglycemia or high blood pressure. Extended use of Golden Seal will reduce Vitamin B absorption.
