A one-week herbal cleansing program designed to cleanse the colon and to help your maintain optimal health. Preserving bowel regularity and bowel cleansing are crucial to health.
Suggested Use: Take these THREE formulas for one week (or as directed by a health care professional):
Cleansing Fiber (Psyllium Seed and Husk)-- Take 6 capsules OR 1 to 3 tsp. powder two times daily, in the morning (1/2 hour before breakfast) and evening (at least 1 hour after dinner or before bedtime).
Thistle Cleanse (Milk Thistle Combination)-- Take 1 to 2 capsules OR 20 to 40 drops liquid two times daily, in the morning and evening. May be taken with meals.
Cleansing Laxative (w/Cascara Sagrada)-- Take 1 to 2 tablets, one time daily, in the evening for constipation.

During Your One-Week Cleanse Program:
