Ingredients: Siberian Ginseng (132mg Eleutherococcus senticosus), in a synergistic base of American Ginseng root (80mg), Astragalus root (13.2mg), Ginkgo leaf, Codonopsis root, Fo-Ti (Polygonum root, Fo-Ti (Polygonum) root and Licorice root. Herbs are prepared as a powdered extract (4:1) to enhance potency.
Contains no caffeine, stimulants, Ephedra (Ma Huang), or Guarana. There are no herbs in this formula that are banned by the United States Olympic Committee.
Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules three times daily, or as directed by a health care professional. May be taken as often as six times daily during periods of intense work and prior to athletic competition. For use by adults and children twelve years of age and over
