Each caplet contains: 500 mg Maitake fruit body powder and 20 mg Vitamin C

Contains no sugar, yeast, mold, artificial colors, dairy foods, preservatives, chemical pesticides or fertilizers. No animal compounds are used.

Suggested Use: Take 1 caplet three times daily between meals, or as recommended by your health care professional. Recommended to consume within 24 months from the date of manufacture.
