Soothing Lubricant Eye Drops. For the temporary relief of discomfort due to minor irritations of the eye or exposure to wind or sun. Also for use as a lubricant and protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eyes. Visual Ocuity has been designed to support healthy eye function by protecting the eye from free radical damage. The lens of the eye, unlike most body tissues, does not experience a turnover of cells. The eye cells we are born with are the eye cells we have for our whole lives. As we age, and the lens continues to grow, it can become less transparent to light, which occurs from a wide range of causes including excessive free radicals, smoke, dust, ultraviolet rays, excessive sugars, drug use, inadequate nutrition levels, and poor blood flow. Visual Ocuity eye drop formula is the result of the latest research in anti-glycating formulas. It contains a specific combination of antioxidants, lubricants and anti-glycating agents which studies show can protect and improve eye function.

Active Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Glycerin 1.0% (Lubricant) and Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose 0.15% (Lubricant)
Inactive Ingredients: boric acid, citric acid, N-acetyl-carnosine, potassium bicarbonate, purified benzyl alcohol, and sterile water .
Suggested Use: Use 1 or 2 drops in each eye one to four times a day, or as directed by a health care professional. Instruction sheet enclosed in box explains further usage and storage.
Warning: To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace the cap immediately after using. Open only one container of solution at a time. Do not allow other people to use your container. Once open, discard container and any contents after 20 days. Do not heat beyond room temperature; keep the extra tubes in the box away from light, especially sunlight. Do not freeze. Do not use if seal is broken or if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Not recommended for children under the age of 12 years. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Note: Visual Ocuity vials are rated by the manufacturer at 75 drops per vial, or 150 drops per package. However, this allows for slight differences in how people squeeze the vial when using this product, and slight variations in the opening created when puncturing the vial. Typically, users report about 225 drops per package (112 drops per vial).
