"Potassium and magnesium aspartic acid salts

Aspartic acid appears to enhance the activity of cellular bioenergetic mechanisms, thus increasing the energy available to active tissues such as the heart and skeletal muscles.
Mineral salts of aspartic acid have been studied in connection with chronic fatigue in several double-blind, placebo-controlled trials.
K/Mg Aspartate provides an equimolar ratio of fully reacted aspartic acid salts of potassium and magnesium, creating a readily absorbed source of magnesium and potassium.
Vitamin B6 is an important cofactor for utilization of magnesium.
