How To Order
Professional-quality products are generally shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends). Health Food Store brand products may take 7-10 business days to ship. Please allow three to six weeks for delivery of international orders.
Please note: If your domestic (USA) order is returned to Gaines Nutrition due to inability of the USPS (or other delivery carrier, if applicable) to deliver the parcel because of an incorrect and/or undeliverable address provided when the order was placed, Gaines Nutrition will refund to you the price you paid for the products, but will not refund the shipping fee you were charged on the order.
RETURN POLICY: Gaines Nutrition believes in offering only the highest quality products. We do realize, however, that from time to time circumstances beyond our control will require the return of certain goods. If this should occur, we must be notified prior to the return of the merchandise (via our Customer Comments Form or by fax at 417-544-0960). Products returned for a refund must be unopened, unmarked, and undamaged. For return of good damaged in transit, please see "Damaged goods" below.
Please note: We accept returns of product within one month of the invoice date. This time period may be less on environmentally sensitive products (products shipped packed in ice, for example), so please use our Customer Comments Form to verify that we can accept the product (before returning it to us). Depending on circumstances any product return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Our return authorization and our receipt of the product must be received before a credit is issued.
Customers will only be refunding the actual price they paid for the returned product(s).
Please note that we do not refund the shipping fee(s) a customer has paid for any product(s) returned to us for a refund. We also do not pay the postage for returning the products to us.
Credits will be applied to the credit card account used for the order. If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued to the buyer of record for the item.
PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS STATED ON OUR WEBSITE, PRODUCTS SHIPPED WITH ICE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND.
Damaged goods: If you receive a product that has been damaged, please save the original box and all its contents, and use our Customer Comments Form to notify us of the problem (please include the invoice or order number). We will do everything we can to correct the situation; to credit your account or replace the shipment.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.

When you place your order online, you may also request that we call you for your credit card information. (Please note that this option is available only on US orders.) Simply select the "Call Me" button when you are ordering and arrive at the payment information page. Please make sure your telephone number is correct on the Personal Information page if you plan to have us call you for your credit card information!
FAX ORDERS: You may fax your order to Gaines Nutrition by using the FAX/Mail Order Form. Complete the form (making certain to include all requested information) and fax it to (417) 544-0960. If your order requires more space than is available on the FAX/Mail Order Form, please use additional sheets of paper, making certain to include your name, street address, and email address on each page. For clarity, please also number the pages (page 1 of 2, page 2 of 2).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers (or domestic customers placing orders for delivery outside the US) will receive a second email order confirmation, which will specify the shipping charges and final total for their orders. This email confirmation will be in addition to the one received upon initial placement of your online order.
If your international order is returned to Gaines Nutrition due to refusal by your country's customs department or inability of your country's postal system to deliver the parcel, Gaines Nutrition will refund to you the price you paid for the products, but will not refund the shipping fee you were charged.
Sorry, but we no longer make shipments to Afganistan, Bulgaria, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Korea, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Vietnam, or Yugoslavia.
Please note that we no longer make shipments of liquid products to international destinations.
Some products may not be available to international customers. If you order a product which cannot be shipped to your country, you will be informed.
Please note that international customers are responsible for their own country's applicable customs/duty fees, broker fees, and/or local taxes.
