Active Ingredients: Psyllium Husk Powder (2.5 grams), Senna Powder (1.4 grams)

Inactive Ingredients: Fennel Seed, Peppermint, Papaya, Cascara Sagrada Bark, Rose Hips, Buckthorn Bark, Oregon Grape Root, Celery, Acidophilus

Suggested Use: Adults take 1 teaspoon (approximately 5 grams) twice daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs - 12 yrs) 1/3 the adult dosage.

Warning: This product contains Cascara Sagrada, buckthorn, and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested Psyllium. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition., consult your physician before using this product. Keep this and all medication out of reach of children. Store below 86 degrees F.
