Ingredients: Omegaflo* unrefined sunflower seed oil/powder, flax oil and natural mixed tocopherols

Suggested Use: Shake well. Take 1-3 tsp daily; Can be used in blender drinks, as salad dressings etc. Can be frozen to extend shelf life. Consume within 6 weeks of opening. NOT FOR COOKING
