Each softgel contains:
20 IU Vitamin E natural (d-alpha tocopherol) and 1.2 gm Fish Body Oil Concentrate, providing
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 200 mg
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 100 mg

Also contains: Rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, natural tocopherols, natural orange flavor, natural orange flavor. Soft gel shell: beef gelatin, glycerin, water.

Suggested Use: Pregnant and lactating women: Chew or swallow two soft gels daily at mealtime. May take 2 or 3 soft gels daily.
